A frivolous Saturday on ferries, buses, and trains stopping at bars in each of the five boroughs on the (first annual?) Five Borough Bar Tour.

To, from, and on Staten Island consumed nearly half the day: some very good barbeque at @crafthousesi fueled us for the remainder.

Frivolous, definitely, but thanks to careful planning by my friends at least we travelled (nearly) entirely by public transport, visited (nearly) venues new to us all, and spent the majority of the day outside of our normal haunts on Staten Island, the Bronx, and Queens.
